Before the solution, Link's operational management was done manually and there was no web portal where the customer could check the status and location of their cargo. “Eventually, an excel spreadsheet was sent with all the logistics information to the customer. With the Logmax platform, the customer can now consult the status of cargo and the performance of shipments on ships, increasing our level of service ”, evaluates the analyst.
